My plan was to put this in the June show at Pleasant View Art Gallery, where I show my paintings in Lincoln, NE; but I got cold feet at the last minute. What's wrong with this painting? I like it till I get up to the arm and head. It seems awkward to me and I can't get back to the parts I like.
consider this... the arm is too strong for the soft face and flowing dressss... u have over worked it... let it go; just a wisp of gracefullness there. and in the shoulder and back shoulder blades let them drift into lifting the chest to fly
